Ms. Melissa Foreman serves as the CRISPI REDCap Project Manager, providing leadership over enterprise clinical research informatics initiatives that enable secure, scalable, and interoperable data sharing across NIH Institutes and Centers. She leads strategic planning and execution for REDCap expansion, system integration, governance, and regulatory compliance, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
For several years, Ms. Foreman served as a Project Manager for the Biomedical Translational Research Information System (BTRIS), where she led complex, cross-functional initiatives to enhance clinical research data access and strengthen enterprise informatics capabilities across NIH’s intramural programs.
She began her career in the legal sector, where she developed a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and managing complex, high-priority client matters within a law firm setting.
Ms. Foreman holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Marketing from American University. Her expertise includes enterprise program leadership, federal security and compliance, data governance, and executive stakeholder engagement.
