CRISPI (Clinical Research Informatics Supporting Principal Investigators) is the NIH's vision for a modern clinical research informatics ecosystem that enables the secure integration, sharing, and analysis of complex clinical data across the NIH Intramural Research Program. By replacing disconnected, siloed systems with a more unified and interoperable enterprise approach, CRISPI strengthens collaboration among NIH Institutes and Centers, streamlines research operations, and provides Principal Investigators with the tools and infrastructure needed to conduct data-driven, multidisciplinary clinical research.
