Chromosomes, Chromatin, and Transcription Scientific Interest Group
The main goal of the Chromosomes, Chromatin, and Transcription SIG is to disseminate information on Symposia, Workshops and Seminars to all NIH scientists interested in a wide variety of topics: chromosome biology, nuclear organization, chromatin, epigenetics, and mechanisms that regulate gene transcription. We are closely associated with the NCI Center of Excellence in Chromosome Biology and with the DECODE.
Interest Group members are encouraged to share seminar notices, relevant employment opportunities and technical questions with the other members of the group by joining our mailing list and sending an email to the CCT_SIG listserv.
This group represents a merger between the Chromatin and Chromosomes Scientific Interest Group and the Transcription Scientific Interest Group.
