Dariush Mozaffarian, M.D., Dr.P.H., is a cardiologist, public health scientist, and Director of the Food is Medicine Institute at Tufts University. He is also Distinguished Professor, Dean Emeritus, and Jean Mayer Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. A global leader in nutrition and cardiometabolic health, Dr. Mozaffarian advances evidence-based approaches to improve nutrition security, health equity, and healthcare outcomes.
